Class Description
We are again pleased to offer this exciting class in celebration of our partnership with Cook’s Pots and Tabletops, the Willamette Valley’s premiere cooking school. An IACP finalist for Cooking School of the Year in 2007, Cook’s Pots and Tabletops will be hosting this event for up to 20 guests. Gabriel Gil of Rabbit Bistro, will be our guest chef for 2011.

Chef Gil won the 5th Annual Iron Chef Oregon competition on Friday and Saturday evenings, August 6th and 7th, at The Bite of Oregon in Portland. He is known for integrating his unique perspective on cuisine by creating classic French bistro fare with a modern twist.
