Grand Truffle Dinner
Grand Truffle Dinner Considered by many to be the pièce de résistance of the weekend, the 2012 Grand Truffle Dinner features celebrated chefs from Northwest Inns, Lodges and Farms with special guest Josh Feathers, Corporate Chef, Blackberry Farm, and is hosted by Stephanie Pearl Kimmel of Marché and Inn at the 5th in Eugene.

Host Robin Pfeiffer will take guests through an unforgettable tasting experience of the wines guests will be enjoying with their meal in the Villa's solar heated tasting room. This limited attendance event is only available to those who choose Weekend Experience Two, The Gourmand on a first-come, first-served basis, and sells out quickly every year.

Sunday Cooking Class
Sunday Cooking Class at Pots and Tabletops We are again pleased to offer this exciting class in celebration of our partnership with Cook’s Pots and Tabletops, the Willamette Valley’s premiere cooking school. An IACP finalist for Cooking School of the Year in 2007, Cook’s Pots and Tabletops will be hosting this event for up to 20 guests.
