2009 Truffle Cultivation Seminar
The Truffle Cultivation Seminar is one’s entry point into the current science and methods of truffle farming, covering climates, soils, orchard establishment, orchard management, dog training and harvest. This two day event is held half in the lecture hall and half on a Truffiere Tour in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley. It is intended for anyone contemplating or already embarked on the establishment of a truffle farm, as well as contractors assisting with establishment and management of truffle farms and writers doing research on the science of truffle farming.
