2009 Truffle Growers Forum
The Truffle Growers Forum serves as an annual gathering and focal point for the International truffle industry allowing growers, purveyors, researchers and others interested in the field to catch up with current events, engage with the experts and make contacts within the industry. This two day event is held half in the lecture hall with an international cast of speakers covering all aspects of the truffle industry globally, and half on the Truffiere Tour. Lecture topics and speakers vary from year to year, but always include elements on current events in the truffle industry, the business of truffle farming and marketing, and focused discussions with established truffle farmers.
