Experience Three: The Culinarian - $700 per person - SOLD OUT!

In our second year of offering a real “hands in the food” cooking experience, participants will join Marche Executive Chef Rocky Maselli and our special guest in 2010, French chef Jacques Ratier of La Récréation, for a hands-on truffle cooking class in the culinary arts kitchen at Lane Community College to help prepare Friday evening’s first ever presentation of both Oregon and Perigord truffles in a farm to table style meal not to be missed. Space is limited, so sign up quickly for this one of a kind opportunity.

• Friday Cooking Class with guest Chefs Jacques Ratier and Rocky Maselli - Friday afternoon
• Opening Reception - Friday evening
• La Récréation, with French Chef Jacques Ratier, Executive Chef Rocky Maselli of Marche Restaurant, and author Michael Sanders – Friday evening
• Villa Afternoon at Pfeiffer Vineyards: Winery luncheon with truffle cooking demonstration, wine pairings and guest chef Cathy Whims of Nostrana - Saturday

REFUND POLICY: Before January 12, 2010, we offer full credit for the 2011 festival, or a 50% cash refund on all purchases except the Grand Truffle Dinner. As of January 12, 2010, we offer a credit for 2011 only, less a $125 service charge for all Weekend experiences that include a Grand Truffle Dinner.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a credit or refund for the Grand Truffle Dinner after January 12th.
